There are several high points on the Christian calendar. The death and resurrection of Christ must be among the most important. For this reason, we are already planning a somber and joyful celebration of the events of the last week of Jesus’ earthly ministry. Join us as we remember His powerful words and actions on this Passion Week. Passover Seder Meal For our regular Sunday gathering we will enjoy an ancient Passover meal together, taking the opportunity to note all of the glorious and surprising places that Jesus interjects new truth about His identity, mission and redemption. Cost: $10/pp Wake Church Good Friday Service We will gather for a special celebration of Good Friday, a solemn remembrance of the day of Jesus’ death on the cross. With special worship and message, this night is among our most favorite of worship gatherings. The Lone Star Convention & Expo Center Resurrection Sunday We will conclude our Passion week with a celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus. This special and joyous gathering is the central event of Jesus’ earthly ministry and the heart of the gospel of grace – Jesus is alive and the grave is empty.
